Refund policy

All DROP 001 items are produced on a made-to-order basis following the close of the preorder period.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the preorder window closes. Once the preorder window has closed and production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your OR EIN SOF piece. Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
