Shipping policy

PREORDER & PRODUCTION

DROP 001 is offered on a preorder, made-to-order basis. Your hoodie will be produced after the preorder window closes.

Because each preorder is manufactured following the preorder period, production time is separate from shipping transit time. We will provide updates if there are material changes to the anticipated production schedule.

SHIPPING

Once your order has completed production and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping options and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Please note that selecting an expedited shipping method does not expedite the manufacturing process. Express shipping only applies once your order has completed production and has been handed to the carrier.

DELIVERY

Carrier delivery times begin after your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your shipping address while your preorder is in production, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and updated address.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us with your order number so we can assist.
